’Niu Students’ has originally founded by three international students with different cultural backgrounds, through years of unremitting 

efforts, Niu Students has now recruited a group of members studying at top UK universities to provide exclusive services to its clients 

and operated successfully within the education industry.

Niu Students currently possess three segments for its operation, which have a common goal to create an equal environment for 

students in different countries, while offering them a chance to communicate and exchange knowledge with other students in some of 

the best universities around the globe.

The earliest founded segment is an educational segment, which goes by the name ‘Studying Abroad, Made Easy’ connect closely with 

some of the famous universities, boarding schools, and other educational institutions in China, the U.K and Switzerland; this segment 

offers both online and offline tutoring and other services to improve our clients’ academic backgrounds while helping them to achieve 

their target. And its connection with educational institutions around the world enables customers to obtain the latest information in 

real-time and receive the most suitable teaching mode for their future academic development;

As a recently founded core segment of Niu Students, the media segment aims to spread our core values and educational original 

content to young people around the world to inspire them to join our platform to communicate their knowledge with students in different 

cultural backgrounds and trigger their awareness on the importance of equality in education. The media segment operates on the main 

cultural communication platforms in our target markets, including China’s Bilibili, Douyin, as well as YouTube and TikTok for the UK, 

Switzerland, and other European and American potential user groups. 

As the last part to be introduced, the EC2C (Educational Consumer-To-Consumer) segment will have a direct impact on the future 

development of Niu Students as a whole, our team hopes that the creation of EC2C as not only a concept but a real project can 

contribute to the equality within the education industry and promote the communication between students in Western countries and 

Eastern countries for building a bright future for the younger generation. EC2C segment aims to establish an equal and freely 

accessible platform only for ambitious young people who have received, are receiving, or intend to receive higher education, users can 

use our EC2C platform to find users in different countries with the same academic background and interest for exchanging knowledge 

and ideas along with communicating. Meanwhile, the payment function through our EC2C platform enables students to earn money 

through tutoring or posting informational content to better support their academic careers.
